Are you passionate about helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad? We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Student Visa Consultants – one male and one female. As a Student Visa Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the visa application process and ensuring their smooth transition to their desired study destinations.

Responsibilities:

– Provide expert guidance and advice to students regarding student visa requirements, application procedures, and necessary documentation.

– Conduct comprehensive visa assessments and assist students in selecting appropriate study programs and universities.

– Stay up to date with the latest immigration policies, regulations, and changes to ensure accurate information is provided to students.

– Liaise with educational institutions, embassies, and relevant authorities to facilitate visa applications and resolve any issues or concerns.

– Offer personalized support and guidance to students throughout the visa application process, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

– Maintain accurate records of student applications, visa statuses, and communications for future reference.

– Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline the visa consulting process.

Requirements:

– Bachelor (candidates having thier grad/ postgrad abroad will be given preference)

– Proven experience in student visa consulting or related roles.

– Extensive knowledge of international student visa processes and regulations.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, educational institutions, and authorities.

– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple visa applications simultaneously.

– Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and completeness of application documentation.

– Proficiency in relevant software and online platforms for visa application tracking and documentation.

– Cultural sensitivity and awareness to effectively work with students from diverse backgrounds.

– Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
